Our group exercise options will keep you motivated, on track and give you a great workout, whatever your fitness level.

The digital timetable can be viewed below, or pick up a hard copy from reception when your next in centre.

 

Welcome back! Due to current health restrictions, we require all visitors to make a booking prior to attending the centre.
To book a session for one of our available services or programs, please click the link below. If you are having trouble with the booking system, please contact the centre directly.

 

Your safety & wellbeing is our concern, so please:

  • Bring a water bottle and towel to class.
  • Inform the instructor if you are injured, pregnant or if it is your first time in a class.
  • Modify the class intensity to a level that is suitable for you.
  • Please arrive 10-15 minutes early for class commencement.
  • Present a ticket upon arrival.
  • Please check notices for any changes or cancellations.
